Requirements for Obtaining Information
To obtain information from Xenupload, requests must comply with applicable US law, Requests should:
- Be on official letterhead.
- Provide sufficient contact details for the requesting party.
- Include the URL of the Content to help identify the account holder.
- Clearly specify the information requested.
- Be signed by an identifiable government representative from the US or the relevant foreign jurisdiction.
Upon receipt, Xenupload will provide information as outlined in Table 1 of the “Data Storage and Retention” section.
Preservation of Information
Requests for preservation must also meet the criteria listed above. Information available is detailed in Table 1 of the “Data Storage and Retention” section. Preservation will be maintained for ninety (90) days unless otherwise specified.
