Copyright Policy

Copyright protects the rights of creators and owners of original works by giving them control over how their works are used. Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or modified without permission from the copyright owner. Infringements can result in the suspension of the infringing Content on Xenupload, account suspension, and potential legal consequences, including criminal charges and civil lawsuits for monetary damages.

Xenupload adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly remove Content upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice.
