To file a copyright infringement notification with Xenupload, provide a written notice that includes the following information, as required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:

- Identify yourself as either: a) the owner of the copyrighted work(s), or b) a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Include a physical or electronic signature.
- Description of the Work:
- Clearly identify the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of Infringing Content:
- Identify the specific Content that is allegedly infringing or the subject of the infringement, and provide information sufficient to locate the Content on Xenupload. Providing URLs is required for us to locate the Content effectively.
- Contact Information:
- Provide contact information sufficient for us to reach you, including an address, phone number, and valid email address.
- Good Faith Belief:
- State that you have a good faith belief that the use of the Content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
- Accuracy and Authority:
- Confirm that the information in the notification is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the allegedly infringed right.

- Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will suspend access to the reported Content. If no counterclaim is filed or if the counterclaim is unsuccessful, the Content will be permanently removed from our Service.
- Contact details of the reporting party, including name, email address, and physical address, may be shared with those seeking to access the Content.
