Content refers to any material, in any form or format, uploaded to an account holder’s Xenupload account. All Content must comply with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and US law.
You must not use Content in a manner that infringes upon others’ rights, including copyrights, intellectual property, or trademarks. Xenupload reserves the right to disable Content and suspend accounts for policy violations.
